The story

Andria’s Dairy, the place where foundations of The Daria firmly sink, was born in 2002, when Francesco Addario decided to start his own production with the responsibility to grow, with him, the family business, after years of experience in the purchase and resale of the best apulian dairy products, period of the precious acquisition of knowledge and revelation of their goodness.

In this way the exponential growth of the Andria’s Dairy in the last fifteen years, can be mainly attributed to the paternal initiative. Until the birth, in 2015, of The Daria.

In time, with the commitment and the tenacity, the small workshop of the early years has been growing, becoming a large and modern enterprise of the production of mozzarella and apulian cheeses. Attentive to the transformations of the market, to the training of their employees, efficiency in production and distribution, as well as to the pursuit, without compromises, of very high hygiene standards. That besides ensuring the absolute healthiness of each product, they implant a longer shelf life than usual. Because Daria is always on the side of those who love the tradition but don’t want to give up modernity achievements.
